- Our rugs are handmade, and at first, small excesses of organic cotton may come off the rug (this is called the rug "shedding"). By vacuuming gently and regularly, these "fluffs" will disappear.
- In case of a stain, start by absorbing as much as possible with a clean cloth or paper towel. Then dab with water and soap. You can also use commercial cleaning products: Marseille soap cleaners or standard stain removers for rugs or carpets.
