Care instructions:

  • It is completely normal for our washable rugs to shed during the first months as our products are entirely handmade. We recommend sweeping the rug with a stiff broom and regularly using a vacuum cleaner.
  • Regularly vacuum to prevent dust and crumbs from embedding in the fiber roots. Use low suction. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating item that could damage the pile. We do not recommend using floor cleaning robots.
  • SWEEP the rug with a broom or a soft brush or natural fiber brush.
