Unit price aboutWe are happy to present a new collaboration with local Silkeborg Uldspinderi to produce our Balama wool blanket in two color variants, which is so soft that you just want to live in it for the entire winter season. Trust us!
The Balama blanket is made from a combination of natural wool and alpaca fiber. The wool gives volume while the alpaca fiber adds insulating qualities and an extremely soft touch.
To achieve the desired feel and durability of the Balama blanket, a fine selection of Peruvian alpaca fibers and Australian merino wool were used. The fibers are processed by skilled craftsmen in Lithuania, who have accumulated great experience in working with these fibers for more than 50 years.
The journey from raw material to finished cover requires more than 20 different operations, but guarantees a top quality product that, with the right care, will last for many years.
Use the Balama blanket in the living room to stay warm while reading a book, or in the bedroom for extra cold nights. You decide - but we predict you'll want to take Balama Blanket with you wherever you go.
