If there are delays outside the times communicated by the carriers, these are unfortunately beyond our control and we are not able to provide compensation. We do everything possible to meet our given deadlines.

In exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or Christmas/Black Friday, these may be subject to delays. This is beyond our control.

Furniture delivery is always made at the door, at street level. If you wish to have it delivered to a floor, please contact us for a quote.

Damaged Deliveries – Especially Furniture

Please carefully examine the boxes and furniture upon their arrival. If it is damaged, please reject it from the delivery person and also clearly indicate on the delivery note "rejected due to damage." Without this, no claim can be made for damaged deliveries with the carrier or Les Petits. This inspection is your responsibility.
