Care instructions:

It is completely normal for our washable rugs to shed during the first few months as our products are entirely handmade. We recommend sweeping the rug with a hard broom and regularly vacuuming.
Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from embedding in the fiber roots. Use low suction. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating item that could damage the pile. We do not recommend using robotic floor cleaners.
SWEEP the rug with a broom or a soft or natural fiber brush.
SHAKE OUTSIDE from time to time to help remove dirt that may settle between the fibers, especially on long pile ones.
