The beauty of Maileg is that in theory, there is no right or wrong answer - the founder, Dorthe Mailil, says it should be whatever your imagination desires... but in reality, some furniture will only work in a larger miniature dollhouse, for example, or some pieces will then seem too small in that larger house and will really suit the castle better. Dimensions are always indicated on the product page, but who has time to get out a ruler and calculate what goes where?! We are busy moms too... and certainly wouldn't have time for that!

Are Maileg sizes a bit difficult to determine? You don't know if the furniture will fit in the château Maileg or not? No time to take out a ruler to check?! Neither do we. So we created this collection, with only the furniture suitable for the château and the souris Maileg. Some products you will see in the furniture fit the maison de poupée miniature Maileg, but don't worry, there are a few products that work well in both. We checked each piece by hand, so you can be sure you will order the right items! The souris Maileg will be very happy!

FURNITURE SUITABLE FOR THE MAILEG MINIATURE DOLLHOUSE
Maileg furniture... a bit confusing with the dimensions sometimes, right?! Unlike other dollhouses, the Maileg miniature dollhouse is much larger and therefore requires suitable furniture to be realistic. Maileg offers a wide selection of furniture, but some are intended for the castle... and others for the miniature dollhouse. The castle furniture is mostly too small for the house and the house furniture is too big for the castle! To avoid any confusion and make your shopping easier, we have divided the two furniture collections: furniture suitable for the castle and furniture suitable for the miniature dollhouse. No mistakes possible! Everything on this page fits perfectly with the miniature dollhouse... no rules needed, we have checked everything for you!

MOUSE MAILEG
Maileg mice come in four different sizes :
The Mommies and Daddies, the Big Brothers and Big Sisters, the Les Petits Brothers and Sisters, and the Baby mice.
- The Parents measure 15 cm
- The Big Brothers and Big Sisters measure 12 cm
- Les Petits Brothers and Sisters measure 10 cm
- The Baby mice measure 8 cm
At Maileg, the Brother and Sister mice are called size "Micro" and the Baby mice are called size "My".

RABBIT MAILEG
Maileg Lapins and Bunnies come in different sizes: from the smallest My and Micro sizes up to the largest size 5.
The difference between a Bunny and a Lapin lies in their ears: Bunnies have floppy ears and Lapins have upright ears.
Maileg Lapins are always bigger than Bunnies because of their upright ears, while Maileg Bunnies have long floppy ears.
The Micro-sized Lapins and Bunnies are similar in size to the big brother and sister mice and can share clothes and furniture with them.
The ‘My’ Lapins are comparable in size to baby mice and can use the same furniture.
There are Lapins and Bunnies in 'Micro' size and sizes 1 to 5. However, in 'My' size, there are only Lapins. There is no Bunny in ‘My’ size.
