Often called a Montessori bed, this method of placing the bed near the floor means that the child is independent in getting in and out of the bed by themselves, while being safe and not falling from a height.
Its sturdy solid wood structure ensures optimal durability, while its simple lines fit perfectly into any modern interior. This bed combines functionality and aesthetics for a healthy and calming sleeping environment.
The Wood Original floor bed has been specially designed for the little ones who are ready to leave the baby bed and discover a world of freedom and autonomy.
Thanks to its low height, it allows children from the age of two to get in and out of the bed easily, on their own. With its generous dimensions of 90 x 200 cm, this bed offers enough space to play and learn during the day – and to share a reading moment with mom or dad at bedtime.
As this is a single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm, it can also be used by an adult. Additionally, thanks to Oliver Furniture conversion kits, this bed can easily be transformed into a double bunk bed or a double loft bed as the child grows.
The headboard, sides, and rounded corners of the bed provide a comfortable and secure sleeping space. For extra protection during the night, a bed rail (sold separately) can be added.

Just like the mattresses, these sheets perfectly fit the rounded corners, for absolute softness and comfort.
This bed is part of the Wood Original series. It comes with white oiled solid oak legs and can easily be transformed into other models from the same series to accompany the child's evolving needs.
