Care instructions:

It is completely normal for our washable rugs to shed during the first few months as our products are entirely handmade. We recommend sweeping the rug with a stiff broom and vacuuming regularly.
Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from embedding in the fiber roots. Use low suction. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating item that could damage the pile. We do not recommend using robotic floor cleaners.
SWEEP the rug with a broom or a soft or natural fiber brush.
SHAKE OUTSIDE from time to time to help remove dirt that may settle between the fibers, especially on long-pile ones.

Delivery takes place within two weeks from the order date. Normally 7 to 10 business days.

If any damage is noticed upon arrival, it must be clearly reported as "damage" on the delivery document, otherwise no claim can be made. Furniture orders are final, unless a product is defective.
