Care instructions:
- It is completely normal for our washable rugs to shed during the first few months because our products are entirely handmade. We recommend sweeping the rug with a stiff broom and vacuuming regularly.
- Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from embedding in the fiber roots. Use low suction power. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating item that could damage the pile. We do not recommend using robotic floor cleaners.
- SWEEP the rug with a broom or a soft or natural fiber brush.

Please note that delivery is always made at street level, by appointment only.
Delivery takes place within two weeks from the order date. Normally 7 to 10 business days.
If any damage is noticed upon arrival, it must be clearly reported as "damage" on the delivery document, otherwise no claim can be made. Furniture orders are final, unless a product is defective.
