Polku Wooden Balance Beam - Three Sizes

The Fitwood Polku Wooden Balance Beam is a fun and creative balance training track for kids. Like a traditional gymnastics balance beam, it was designed to encourage children's creativity while promoting the development of their gross motor skills and balance skills. Thanks to its differently shaped beams, it offers endless possibilities for creating fun and challenging tracks that are not only ideal for children to learn to balance their bodies according to changes in level and direction, but also to give free rein to their imagination by exploring and designing different types of tracks. The beams can, for example, take the shape of an ice cream, a car, a bear or a lemon - your imagination is the only limit!

With our wide variety of beams, we guarantee that this product will provide hours and hours of fun activities for your children - playing that the floor is lava, competing with friends, or making rules on how to crossing certain types of beams are just some of the many ways kids enjoy playing with them!

The Polku balance beam comes in three different sets: small, medium and large. All sets are composed of different beams and connectors. In total, there are four types of beams: long and straight, short and straight, long and curved, and two types of connecting pieces that can be stacked on top of each other for added height and challenge.

POLKU Small is a perfect option for younger children who have already learned to walk and are ready to start exploring their balance and coordination skills. We recommend first laying the beams on the ground without the connectors and becoming familiar with the track before climbing higher above ground level.

When the child has already gained some experience with body balance and walking on the beams, POLKU Medium is an excellent choice to increase the level of challenge and to build the first tracks. The Medium model can also be easily added to an existing Small set to allow for greater variation when your child has gained some balance experience and is ready to move on to the next level.

For more advanced balancers and intrepid beam track designers we have the POLKU Large which has a total of 8 beams and 10 connectors to create the most imaginative tracks. The POLKU Large is definitely the option to go for when several children want to play with the track at the same time or if you simply want to give your little creators more beams to play and explore!

The POLKU balance beam is designed in Finland and manufactured in the EU from sustainably sourced birch plywood. It benefits from a two-year warranty for private use.
